Warranty Information
Bikes
All bikes are supplied with a 12-month frame warranty. Where a manufacturing fault is identified, the bike will be repaired or replaced with a product of equal or greater specification.
Scooters
All scooters are supplied with a 3-month warranty, covering electrical and mechanical components. Where a manufacturing fault is identified, the scooter will be repaired or replaced with a product of equal or greater specification.
Hoverboards
All hoverboards are supplied with a 3-month warranty. Where a manufacturing fault is identified, the hoverboard will be repaired or replaced with a product of equal or greater specification.
Accessories
All accessories are covered under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover faults or damage caused by:

Neglect

Misuse

Normal wear and tear

Any alteration, modification, or repair carried out without our prior approval
Consumer and Trade Purchases
All warranties apply strictly to consumer purchases only.
Businesses purchasing products for wholesale or trade purposes are subject to our separate Wholesale Terms and Conditions, including the warranty provisions contained within them.
All warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.
