Every refurbished bike goes through our comprehensive 97-Point Ride Zero Inspection, where our technicians carefully test, inspect and service each component before it's approved for sale.
Our grading system keeps things simple:
🚲 Brand New – Fresh from the factory.
🚲 Grade A – Excellent condition with only minor cosmetic wear.
🚲 Grade B – Fully functional with visible cosmetic signs of previous use.

Ride Zero is proud to be an Authorised Pure Electric Repair Centre, meaning our technicians are trained by Pure Electric and use genuine parts when carrying out repairs.
Alongside servicing, we also sell a wide range of brand-new and professionally refurbished Pure Electric scooters.

Our refurbished scooters are available in:
⚡ Grade A – Excellent condition with only light cosmetic marks.
⚡ Grade B – Fully functional with more noticeable signs of previous use.
Every refurbished scooter includes our 3-month warranty, while all new Pure scooters include the official manufacturer's warranty.
Please note: Electric scooters are currently not legal to ride on public roads, pavements or cycle lanes in the UK. Customers are responsible for ensuring they comply with current legislation.
